items 1 Applicability
Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to every offer from us as a Web Merchant to you (in your capacity as a consumer) and any agreement entered into between us.
Before an Agreement is concluded between us, we bring the text of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (as well as the other parts of the General Terms and Conditions) clearly to you and we ask you to accept them. If an offer has only a limited period of validity or is subject to certain conditions, we explicitly state this in our offer.
We strive to always describe what we sell you as completely and accurately as possible. In any case, we try to provide the description with sufficient detail to allow you to make a good assessment. When we use images, we endeavor to ensure that this is a true representation of the goods and / or services offered. items 3 Right of withdrawal
When you buy goods from us (except for the exceptions listed below) have you during 14 calendar days from the day after delivery the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods. If you return goods, you are responsible for the transport and the costs thereof. The right of withdrawal is only validly exercised when we have received the products back and the products are in good condition (as described above). As the products (in whole or in part) lost or damaged in transportation, or that do not meet the aforementioned conditions, we cannot reimburse you. We recommend that you take out suitable insurance for this.

During the period that we mention in our offer, our prices do not change, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.

If you notice inaccuracies in your payment details or notice something suspicious during your payment, you must notify us immediately at the e-mail address

items 7 Delivery and execution
All goods are delivered after payment to the address indicated by you with your order. We do our utmost to deliver everything that is ordered before 5 pm the next or the next working day (in Belgium). It may take longer due to external circumstances. This is an obligation of means and not an obligation of result.
As far as this is reasonably possible, and depending, among other things, on whether the product is in stock, we deliver your order within 30 days after your order (and provided that the order and the concrete data are correct and complete), unless a longer delivery period has been agreed or indicated in advance. If we cannot deliver on time, we will always notify you before this period has expired 30 days. The shipment of goods and vouchers is always at the risk of Theghentist.com. So you don't have to worry about goods getting lost in the mail. However, if you return goods to us within the 14 days after purchase because you don't want to keep them, you are responsible for the transport.
