Shipping options
We do our utmost to have the shipment take place within 1 or 2 working days after the order has been placed provided it has been placed for 17:00 and the payment was made by credit card. If you opt for payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after payment has been received by The Ghentist.
Delivery is provided by bpost and can be delivered to your home or picked up at the address provided (Braemstraat 61/001, 9050 Gentbrugge). The customer can make a choice himself.
There is also the possibility for the customer to place an order via the contact form or email and to pick it up at the same address above by appointment.. In this case, no shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Right of withdrawal
When you buy goods from us (except for the exceptions listed below) have you during 14 calendar days from the day after delivery the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods. You can then return your order without paying a fine and without giving any reason 14 calendar days (you pay the costs for shipping this yourself).
Within the 30 calendar days after we have received your order back, we will pay you the full purchase price of the returned goods, together with the original delivery costs, back. In any case, we will clearly inform you again that you have this right when you confirm your order or at the latest upon delivery.
During the first 14 calendar days after the day of receipt of the delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging with care if you intend to return the goods if necessary. If you still want to be able to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it properly. Due to the nature of the goods, returned goods may not have been used. This implies, among other things, that the packaging is in good condition and has not been damaged (bv. the seals must still be intact).
If you want to cancel your order, fill in here Fill in your form and mail it to info@theghentist.com. You can then return your order. The shipping costs are for the consumer.
