The Ghentist is a Ghent floral gin that was launched in 2018 door 2 brothers out of love for their hometown of Ghent.

Flavor profile
This Ghent gin combines fresh citrus notes with a soft apple flavor and an interesting complexity through the cardamom that makes the gin unique. As a result, the taste of this Ghent floral gin also continues to fascinate.

Ingredients
The Ghentist Ghent floral gin contains the following ingredients:
Juniper, coriander, ginger, angelica, iris root, sweet flag, licorice, cardamom, orange and lemon zest, almond, lavender, iris flower, poppy seeds, curaçao and apple.

The Perfect Serve
1. Pour five cl of The Ghentist into a highball glass full of ice blocks.
2. Add 15 cl Indian Tonic van Fever Tree toe.
3. Finally, garnish with two slices of Granny Smith apple, (including the skin).
